Concept of the Hayyoth. Which my idea of what they look like, without any visual base, has changed a great deal. I rather like this, though. They don't play as much of a part as they did in the first story, they're a very basic sort of grunt for heaven, barely sentient and diverse and somewhat changing like the cherubs.
Next commission, tis for a custom Aatmik, my little playaround species.

DeleteYou've really done some great beast/creature creations that really exploit your knowledge of animal anatomy. I've always found it more exciting (and challenging) to nail down the anatomy of animals than humans. At any rate some really terrific detailing of motion.
ReplyDeleteI've always found your process of giving emotion to the creatures faces a more personified quality. It would be interesting to see you develop it to a point where you can really bring out the animal side without adding to much human to them.
Thanks man! I'll give that a shot,I kinda feel like I need to switch things up a little at this point, that i'm starting to stagnate.
